FREE SHIPPING TO SWEDEN - SHIPPED NEXT DAY

We offer free shipping and always aim to produce and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email together with your tracking number. The shipping time will be 1-3 business days.

If we have a pile of orders during for instance a promotion or christmas period, then it might take an extra day or two. Then it might take a week but as we say in Sweden: "If you are waiting for somthing good, just enjoy the time!"

Right now we only deliver to customers with an adress in Sweden, but send us an e-mail at hello@frankenstorm.com if you think we should open next in your country!

Right now we only have one option which is to collect at your closest PostNord agent. We hope to provide you with more options in the future.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return.


PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized products are made to order just for you. When we make a product based on your preference, it is tailored to you and we cannot sell it again. This is why we cannot offer full cash refunds on personalized products. We would go broke and pile of returned personalized products is against our values.

However we want you to love everything that you order from us and if something isn't quite right, you still have 30 days to return and we will issue you a Frankenstorm discount code, that covers 70% of the value of your ordered products.
 

NON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

We'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean and unworn. Please use the return form attached to your parcel and make your return within 30 days from receiving your parcel.
 

HOW TO RETURN:

To make you fully satisfied next time, we really appreciate if you let us know the reason for your exchanged products - We love feedback, (mainly positive ofcourse, we are humans) but we really want to know how we make you totally satisfied the next time!

  • Please fill in your return reason in attached return note and put it together with your returned items in the original pckaging.
  • Tape the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid label included on your parcel.
  • Drop if of at your nearest post office or service point. Please remember that the responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Usually this is not a problem, more risky sending gold watches... Glad we are not in that business.

For personalized products you can expect to receive your discount code that covers 70% of the value of your order within two weeks of sending it back to us (or fully cash refund for non personalized products). Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation through e-mail.

We are not yet sure what we will do with the returned products but we will go for the most sustainable option we find.
 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT?

No, Frankenstorm offer free shipping of returns. BUT HEY!!! We see a risk that smart people use free returns to try out their size before ordering a printed sweater or T-shirt........a good solution for you for a while, but we will go bancrupt and it becomes a classic Loose-Loose situation. We are working on providing physical locations where you can go and try our clothes. So please, use the size guide instead! And if you are uncertain, send us a mail!


QUALITY PROMISE

We take quality very seriously. If the item you have received is defective or if you have any concerns about the quality of your product, please email us a pitcure at hello@frankenstorm.com with a short explanation and attach a clear photo of the issue before sending the product back. We would like you to notify Frankenstorm before sending back any faulty goods any goods to ensure that your claim is handled quickly and accurately. Once we mailed you back, drop off your items to be returned at a post office or pick-up point location in Sweden using the pre-printed return form.

Once we receive your product and acknowledged your claim, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. A claim confirmation will be sent to you by email.
