Frankenstorm is a fashion brand where you are the designer. You make clothes and accessories unique to you with your special print on it. In our design tool you can choose between a range of fonts, colors, and artworks. Look around the site and you will find a lot of inspiration. Our products are high quality, with high demands on environmental standards and are ready to last long. We don't believe in fast fashion. We believe that if you spend time on making something truly yours, you probably want to keep it.

WHO IS BEHIND FRANKENSTORM?
The Frankenstorm team is a group of Swedes with different backgrounds with a strong belief in a world of individual people, and that the fashion industry can be more sustainable. Many other types of products gets tailored to customers needs close to customer to reduce waste and speculation, why should not fashion be that way? Frankenstorm is owned by the investment company Frankenius Equity in Sweden, a group formed around fashion and sport.
WHERE IS FRANKENSTORM LOCATED? CAN I VISIT A FRANKENSTORM STORE?
Frankenstorm is located in a small town in western Sweden called Kungsbacka (that most people just drive by) its maybe not Paris...but we love it.
Yet, we haven't opened a store but kindly ask you to keep your eyes open on our social media platforms (@frankenstormcom) to not miss when.

All our products are designed by the Frankenstorm team. We then carefully select suppliers (as close to our customers as we can) to find suppliers with the same mindset as us: That it is possible to constantly reduce the negative impact on nature, offer good working conditions and drive towards sustainability. Both in materials as well as in production. We cannot guarantee that every piece is best in class when it comes to sustainability (nobody can), but we are making all the efforts possible.

WHAT IS YOUR SIZING LIKE?
Our clothes follow European size guide standards. Unfortunately not all bodies in Europe follow the European size guide – so if you feel unsecure, please visit our size-guide and have a measuring session in front of the mirror. Bring friends and wine for a more pleasant moment.

CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED PRODUCT?
Personalized products: You have 30 days to make a return and we will issue you a Frankenstorm gift card code, that covers 70% of the value of your returned products. When you have received your discount code, you can place a new order. Unfortunately no cash refund possible.
Non personalized products: For non personalized products; you will get a full refund and can place a new order.

THE PRODUCT DOESN'T MEET MY QUALITY EXPECTATIONS, WHAT DO I DO?
We take quality very seriously. If the item you have received is defective or if you have any concerns about the quality, please email us a pitcure at email@example.com with a short explanation and attach a clear photo of the issue before sending the product back. We would like you to notify Frankenstorm before sending back any faulty goods any goods to ensure that your claim is handled quickly and accurately. Once we mailed you back, drop off your items to be returned at a post office or pick-up point location in Sweden using the pre-printed return form.
Once we receive your product and acknowledged your claim, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. A claim confirmation will be sent to you by email.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you have not received a tracking email, it's most likely that your order is in production and has not yet been shipped. You can also check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you still can't find it, please contact us at hello@Frankenstorm.com and we will find it for you.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, IS SOMETHING WRONG?
If no money has been deducted from your account - your order was not fully completed and you need to place your order once again. If the money has been deducted from your account and you're still not getting a confirmation email there can be several reasons for why the email has not reached you:
•Always make sure that the email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation.
•Check in your SPAM bin - it can be a filter in your e-mail system that blocks certain emails.
•If you are still unable to find the email, please contact contact us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We always aim to produce and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email together with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. The shipping time will be 1-3 business days.
During sale periods or other promotions the demand on our products are higher than normal. This means we might not be able to deliver your goods in the time frame listed above. Please add 1-3 business days to above delivery terms.

I MISSED MY DELIVERY
The parcel will automatically be sent back to Frankesntorm HQ. Once we receive your parcel, we will try to contact you before sending out the parcel once again. Please remember that personalize products are not refundable, since they are custom made and we can not sell them again. If you changed your mind, you can always make a return within 30 days and get a voucher check back that covers 70% of your costs.
WHAT IS A PERSONALIZED PRODUCT?
To make a personalize product, you will start by choosing your 'canvas product ("Canvas is how artists call the base on which they are creating) from our range of clothes and accessories. In our design tool you will add your unique sense of style by using text, fonts, colors and emojis to make this product truly yours.

WHAT PRINT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE?
We are using a DTG (direct to garment) printer which print high quality multi color prints an your garments. For dark and colored items, we use a additional pre-treatment liquid which gives brilliant print results and a smooth surface. The pre treatment can cause a so called "halo mark" (pressed square around your print), but will disappear after your first wash.
For all your accessories, we're using an UV printing technique for best print quality on different materials.
WHY CAN'T I ADD MY DESIGN ANYWHERE I WANT ON THE PRODUCT?
Each product have pre determinded print zones, where you can add your unique design to. The print zones help Frankenstorms production team to know exactly where you want your unique design. That is how we make sure your received product meet your expectations and are in line with our quality promise.
HOW IS THE PRICE CALCULATED ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND PRINT ZONES?
Every print-zone (for instance "Front") costs 50 SEK. But you can fill it as much as you like.
The final price will be updated and shown in our design tool in real time. No surprises in the end. Free shipping as always.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCT TO MAKE IT LAST LONG?
Keep away from too much harm and laundry time. Airing the garment to keep washing to a minimum is good for both the garment and nature. Wash it with the printed side out and do not forget it in the landry machine for hours (easier said than done) the print does not really like being wet for hours and hours (who does? )
HOW LONG WILL MY PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS BE SAVED AT 'MY DESIGNS' AT FRANKENSTORM.COM?
We will save your creations for 30 days.
I HAVE A 'PRESSED SQUARE' AROUND MY PRINT, WHAT IS THIS?
This is called 'halo mark' and and is a a consequence of a pre-treatment and pressing method that we use to get your unique print look fantastic. It dissapears after your first wash, so enjoy a "halo" when you have one.
